Man charged with first-degree intentional homicide in shooting death of Milwaukee County Courthouse officer

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — Prinston Underwood, 29, and Darrin Sutton, 53, have been charged in connection to the conflict leading to the shooting death of Dennis Johnson, a Milwaukee County Courthouse public safety officer, on Friday, May 8, according to a criminal complaint.

Underwood faces the most serious charge, that of first-degree intentional homicide.
