Fans of Cocina Filipina will soon have a new place to satisfy their cravings for lumpia, rice bowls and Filipino-inspired comfort food.
The popular food truck business is preparing to open its first brick-and-mortar restaurant at 3801 W. Vliet St., in the former home of Lisa Kaye Bistro, which closed earlier this spring after about a year in the space.
