MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — A 33-year-old man has been arrested in the Monday hit-and-run death of a Milwaukee man.
Seventy-one-year-old Marshall Hill was crossing 43rd and Silver Spring when family members say he was hit by a driver who was speeding.
“They run that light all the time, speed through that light,” said DeAndrae Dent, a family member of Hill.
