The Fermentorium (7481 State Rd. 60, Cedarburg) marks 10 years in brewing with several days of festivities that start on Wednesday and culminate with a big party on Saturday. They’re releasing six different anniversary beers over the weekend beginning Thursday with Terpene Hazy IPA, Strawberry Golden Ale and Smoked Ghost Pepper Stout. On Friday, the releases are a Fruited Hefeweizen and an Imperial Coffee and Vanilla Stout. Saturday’s release is a Belgian Quad made with maple syrup and honey.
Sprecher Brewing’s Traveling Beer Garden makes its first stop of the summer season at Wilson Park (1601 W. Howard Ave.). It will be there until Monday, May 25. Hours are 5 to 9 p.m. on weekdays and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekends and holidays…
