Sweet Lou’s opens first brick-and-mortar with fresh meats, sausages and deli sandwiches

After spending years building a following as a food truck at local breweries and farmers markets, Sweet Lou’s Craft Sausages & Butchery has opened its first brick-and-mortar restaurant.

The butcher shop and deli from Louisa Farhat and Tim Dubay has opened its doors in St. Louis Park.

The transition into a storefront allows Sweet Lou’s to expand its offerings, with the new outpost selling fresh meat, sausages, deli sandwiches, breakfast, grab-and-go food, and coffee.
