Fast casual sandwich chain Potbelly is targeting Minnesota for a significant expansion.
The company is opening its first franchising opportunities in the state, with an eye on a broad region centered around the Twin Cities metro.
It plans to add at least 15 new restaurants to its 21 existing in-state locations, Todd Owens, Director of Franchise Development for the region, tells Bring Me The News.
