A Twin Cities man is facing criminal charges after he allegedly showed his handgun to children, and handed it to them, while at a lemonade stand in Prior Lake last week.
Cole Manning Wright, 23, of Vadnais Heights, is facing three gross misdemeanor weapons charges and one misdemeanor cannabis offense in connection with the June 16 incident.
