An Eagan man is facing multiple criminal charges that allege he yelled racial slurs towards his neighbor, and threatened to kill her kids.
Kory Thomas Kwakenat, 55, is being held in the Dakota County Jail in Hastings on $20,000 conditional bond.
Officers were called to an apartment building on Rahn Road in Eagan just before 8 a.m. on June 15. The 911 caller told police Kwakenat was in the hallway, swinging a bat and screaming racial slurs.
When police arrived at the scene, they knocked on Kwakenat’s door, who refused to open it, telling officers he would “take this baseball bat and run it up your ass,” per criminal charges…
