Shake Shack is planning a restaurant with a drive-thru near Eden Prairie Center.
Told Development Co. has submitted a proposal to the City of Eden Prairie for the redevelopment of a parking lot outside the Planet Fitness off of Flying Cloud Drive, with a Shake Shack at the northwest corner and a Valvoline Instant Oil Change at the northeast corner.
According to a staff report, the Shake Shack restaurant will be roughly 3,150 square feet, featuring 24 parking spaces and a drive-thru with capacity for about 11 vehicles on the north side of the building along Leona Road, “allowing parking to be located behind the building and to better facilitate cross-parking and access between the parcels.”…
