MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. — A man caught with two loaded guns and drugs near Park Avenue and East Lake Street in South Minneapolis was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
James Andre Banks, 39, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute more than 50 grams of methamphetamine and cocaine. U.S. Attorney Daniel N. Rosen announced the sentencing.
