Police are investigating a homicide after a victim described as a “juvenile male” was fatally shot Sunday night in Brooklyn Park.
The city’s police department says officers responded to a shooting at Hartkopf Park, located at 7300 Florida Avenue North, across the street from Park Brook Elementary School, around 10:45 p.m.
