Authorities have identified the man whose remains were found near a West St. Paul library on Friday.
A decomposed body was found in a wooded area near Wentworth Library at 199 Wentworth Avenue East on Friday.
On Monday, the West St. Paul Police Department identified the remains as Daniel Jothen, a 74-year-old West St. Paul resident.
No further information has been provided as to Jothen’s cause of death and when it occurred, but police did say that “currently foul play does not appear to be a factor.”…
