OneTen Cycles in Mendota Heights is winding down operations after 49 years in business.
Owner Katarina Miketin announced the decision in June, citing economic pressure on the bike shop and wanting to focus more on her family.
“After much thought and many sleepless nights, I have made the difficult decision to close OneTen Cycles,” she wrote on social media.
In her announcement, Miketin said the business “has been far more than a bike shop” as she focused on “growing the cycling community and getting more people, especially women, on bikes.”…
