After University of Minnesota regents greenlit the sale of the Les Bolstad golf course to a developer for more than $30 million, we are getting our first look at what could take shape on its 141 acres.
Last month, regents approved the sale to St. Michael-based Rachel Development, Inc. for residential and supporting mixed-use development.
On Wednesday, the developer presented their initial, conceptual plans for the space before the Falcon Heights City Council and Community Advisory Committee.
