Cyberattacks targeted computerized water-system controls in several Minnesota communities Monday.
In Braham, the attack shut down the city’s well and water-treatment plant for about two hours. Public works crews restored the system, and city officials say drinking-water quality and public safety were never compromised.
South St. Paul also reported an attack affecting automated water-utility controls. Employees switched to contingency procedures, allowing water and wastewater operations to continue normally.…
