(ABC 6 News) — Two Rochester teens have been arrested on gun charges following a traffic stop that took place Friday morning.
According to Rochester Police Department, officers conducted a “high-risk traffic stop” at around 11:40 a.m. on Friday, stemming from an ongoing weapons violation investigation.
