Last fall, after 20 years away, Chi-Chi’s returned from the great beyond.
Michael McDermott, the son of Chi-Chi’s co-founder Marno McDermott, opened a restaurant in St. Louis Park to revive the long-dormant home of chimichangas and Fried Ice Cream.
A year later, the restaurant at 1602 West End Blvd. is bringing back three of its “most-requested” menu items from the early days.
