ROCHESTER, Minn. – The first sentence has been handed down in the beating and robbery of a man in Rochester.
Albert Lucky Williams, 52 or Fridley, and Deangelo Martez Rucker, 44, were both charged with first-degree aggravated robbery for the incident on July 18, 2025.
Rochester police say Williams and Rucker approached another adult male around 5 pm in front of a business on 4th Street SE. Investigators say security video shows Williams and Rucker having a conversation with the victim, then Rucker striking the victim in the head with a closed fist.
