A South St. Paul daycare worker is facing child abuse charges after a girl in her care was allegedly discovered with concerning bruises.
Karen Denise Dudley, 61, of West St. Paul, is facing gross misdemeanor charges in connection to the incident, which reportedly took place in late January. Charging documents do not list the name or location of the daycare facility.
Officers with the South St. Paul Department received a report from the child’s mother, who noticed a bruise on top of her child’s ear. When asked about the injury, the child said “(Karen) pulled my hair.”…
