ELK MOUND, Wis. (WEAU) – A woman is facing charges after police say she led them on a high-speed chase on I-94 where a Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper was seriously hurt on Monday.
Online court records show 47-year-old Martell Nicole Tolbert Mitchell of Minneapolis is charged with multiple crimes, including attempting to flee or elude an officer, possession with intent to deliver cocaine >5 – 15 g, 2nd-degree recklessly endangering safety, possession with intent to deliver THC <= 200 g and felony bail jumping.
According to the criminal complaint, Wisconsin State Patrol dispatch received a call from an Illinois state trooper. He said a vehicle fled from them in Boone County, Illinois around 2 a.m…
