An Isanti man accused of kidnapping a woman from a Roseville dental clinic and sexually assaulting her was an office cleaner at the business, charging documents state.
Pao Yang, 41, allegedly used his insider knowledge of a dentist’s office on County Road C to tamper with the clinic’s surveillance footage before abducting an employee at gunpoint and holding her captive in a warehouse.
Yang was arrested on Friday and is now charged with felony counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, kidnapping, first-degree aggravated robbery and second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon…
