Multiple people were exposed to a chemical irritant on Thursday, Oct. 1 outside the State Theatre in downtown Minneapolis.
As patrons left a touring event starring cast members from “The Rocky Horror Picture Show,” many were exposed to an unspecified chemical irritant, with some getting assistance from EMS on the scene.
“Officers responded to reports of people spraying each other with mace outside a theater,” according to a report from the Minneapolis Police Department (MPD). “Officers identified several people affected by a chemical irritant, including a woman who believed she was the target of an assault.”…
