In honor of Oktoberfest, PETA has released a list of the 10 best restaurants offering vegan sausages around the U.S. Among the honorees is Gerhard’s Brats, a brat-centered food truck and caterer in the Twin Cities.
PETA has placed Gerhard’s Brats second on its list, highlighting the vendor’s vegan sausage, made by Field Roast, that is “piled with classic toppings such as sauerkraut, diced onions, hot peppers, and Düsseldorf mustard.”
