A former Arden Hills daycare employee allegedly hit a 3-year-old child in the face, causing a bloody nose, charges state.
On Friday, Ruby Christian Kolbow, 35, was charged with one count of malicious punishment of a child under the age of 4 and one count of third-degree assault of a child under the age of 4 in connection with the March 10 incident.
