Hennepin County has dismissed a petty misdemeanor charge against a St. Paul activist who was cited for riding a bike outside the Whipple Federal Building at Fort Snelling in February.
Mike Madden arrived to the downtown Minneapolis courthouse for a pre-trial hearing last Thursday, prepared to argue for dismissal on his own behalf, only to find that the case had already been dismissed.
