MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – Window Depot USA’s corporate office says the Mobile location is no longer authorized to use its name, trademarks, or branding — a major development in a FOX10 News investigation into two local companies that customers say took hundreds of thousands of dollars and delivered nothing.
In a statement to FOX10 News, Window Depot USA corporate said the Mobile operation was owned and operated locally by All Weather Roofing & Construction, an independently owned business that had been authorized to use the Window Depot trademark. The statement reads, in part:
“With respect to your question regarding the Mobile operation’s affiliation with Window Depot USA, that business is no longer authorized to use the Window Depot name, trademarks, branding, or related intellectual property in connection with the conduct of business.”…
