Two men from Florida and Alabama are facing massive prison sentences after a federal grand jury indicted them on felony drug conspiracy and distribution charges. United States Attorney John P. Heekin for the Northern District of Florida announced the formal charges, tracking a multi-agency investigation along the Gulf Coast.
The defendants, 34-year-old James Christopher Bradford of Pensacola, Florida, and 38-year-old William Kody Montgomery of Mobile, Alabama, both face one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute controlled substances.
In addition to the conspiracy charge, the grand jury leveled specific distribution counts against each man. Bradford is facing a separate count for distributing Ketamine and MDMA.
