FAIRHOPE, Ala. (WALA) – There is a heavy law enforcement presence in the area of Walmart on County Road 48 and the Falls Creek subdivision as officers search for a suspect who fled on foot, Fairhope police said early Monday afternoon.
The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5-foot-6, weighing about 140 pounds, and last seen wearing a black shirt. Police said there is a possibility that he is armed.
