BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (WKRG) — A Baldwin County nonprofit that serves people with disabilities is fighting to keep its certification, after the Alabama Department of Mental Health sent ARC of Baldwin County a decertification notice on July 1.
The state says the ARC of Baldwin County no longer meets certification standards, leaving the future unclear for the people it serves.
