PRICHARD, Ala. (WKRG) — Two Prichard Police Department officers who were arrested on extortion and bribery charges have pleaded not guilty.

Woman arrested in deadly Mobile shooting

Emanuel Naman Dotch II and Jihad Hasan Irby were in court on Tuesday, July 14, after each was arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree extortion, two counts of bribery, and one count of use of office for personal gain.

The arrests are part of an investigation into PPD on allegations of criminal misconduct.
