MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – As Mobile police investigate more than 100 criminal cases tied to local roofing and window companies, a FOX10 News investigation has uncovered a new layer to the story: All Weather Roofing and Construction LLC was suspended from a state-funded home improvement grant program last year.
The Alabama Department of Insurance confirmed to FOX10 News that All Weather Roofing and Construction LLC completed 490 projects worth nearly $6.9 million through the Strengthen Alabama Homes program between 2016 and 2025 — with approximately $4.9 million of that coming from state grants.
The department tells me All Weather Roofing and Construction LLC was suspended from the program in May 2025…
