MOBILE, Ala. (NBC 15) — The State of Alabama has activated Alabama Task Force-1 to provide floodwater support efforts in Texas. An 8-person, type-3 swift water team made of Mobile Fire-Rescue Department Urban Search & Rescue Specialists will mobilize today at 11:00 AM.
