MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — An SUV caught fire around 9:15 a.m. Monday at the intersection of Cottage Hill Road and Azalea Road.

News 5 was there minutes before firefighters arrived.
We heard a pop, then saw a pillar of smoke. When we got closer, we could see an SUV with flames shooting out of the grill and engine block.
Police said no one was hurt and that a driver and passenger were able to get out before their vehicle burst into flames.
