MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – Westbound and northbound lanes at Old Shell Road and Florida Street will be rerouted around the northeast corner of the intersection starting Sunday, Sept. 27, so the City of Mobile’s Public Works Department can repair a storm drain inlet.
