FOLEY, Ala. (WALA) – The owner of five pit bull-type dogs that police say attacked a Foley woman has been arrested and charged in the attack.
Baldwin County Sheriff’s deputies spotted 33-year-old Nikeyl Jones over the weekend and arrested him on Foley Police Department warrants, according to investigators.
Jones has been charged with a class 3 felony under Emily’s Law, which holds dog owners criminally liable in unprovoked attacks, along with reckless endangerment.
