MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – How does a community stop the gun violence? That’s the topic this week on “Perspectives.”. Between shootings, school shootings and mass shootings, what are solutions to to decrease the frequency of gun violence? The City of Mobile along with partners from the health community have initiated a hospital-based violence intervention program aimed at stopping gun violence. We hear from three officials who are hoping it helps make a difference.
