Michael Newsome has been fishing and crabbing on Dog River for 10 years.
He said a beautiful day out on the water in February turned upside down when a boat capsized with two fishermen on board.
“I just happened to be down here at my boat and noticed one thing,” Newsome said. “The cavalry pulled up the city police, the fire truck, of course, state trooper, city police, but I just knew something wasn’t right.”…
