BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (NBC 15) — The Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office Wednesday morning provided an update regarding significant progress in the ongoing cold case homicide investigation of remains found in 1994, now identified as James Carol Jackson of Texas.
