According to court documents, 20-year-old Brendan Pierce shot and killed 27-year-old Dylan Meehan at a Chevron gas station.

Pierce allegedly shot Meehan in the back seven times from the driver’s seat of his vehicle.

Officials said newly released surveillance video shows Meehan pointing a gun at Pierce’s vehicle, but he put it down before Pierce began shooting.
