Judge declines to revoke bond for murder defendant accused of violating house arrest

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A judge declined to revoke the bond of a murder defendant accused of failing to abide by the conditions of her release.

Desiree Holiday is charged with killing her boyfriend on Seabreeze Road in 2024. She had been allowed to stay out of jail on bond on the condition that she remain under house arrest in her home in Montgomery, under electronic monitoring.

Mobile County prosecutors cited three days in March when Holiday wasn’t at her home when she was supposed to be. They also accused her of failing to pay fees for her electronic monitoring…
