MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – Mobile police said a truck driver who was badly burned after his rig plunged off an Interstate 10 overpass last month has died from his injuries, and another driver has been arrested.
The fiery crash happened about 1:30 a.m. on April 15 on westbound I-10 near Tennessee Street. The truck driver, 26-year-old Aram Saakian, died from his injuries while in the hospital on April 19, officials said.
Police said Terrele Lutin, 47, of Mobile, was arrested Thursday in connection with the crash.
