DEKALB COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) — Two people were arrested on multiple charges after a police chase started in DeKalb County and crossed state lines.

On Monday, April 9, around 7:40 p.m., a DeKalb County deputy noticed a white Mitsubishi driving at a high rate of speed on County Road 141 near the intersection of Highway 75.
As the deputy tried to stop the vehicle, the vehicle kept driving over 100 mph and began a police chase. DCSO said that deputies continued to chase the vehicle into Georgia on Highway 301 Northbound before the driver doubled back into Jackson County, Alabama.
