Regions Bank will pay approximately $15.9 million over 12 years to secure the naming rights for the new $300-million arena in downtown Mobile, according to the city.
The agreement began July 1, 2025, and runs through June 30, 2037. Regions will spend $150,000 during the 2025–2026 pre‑opening year, followed by $900,000 in 2026–2027. Annual payments will then rise incrementally, reaching about $1.69 million in the final year.
