State and local leaders gathered Wednesday in one of the state’s fastest-growing counties to praise a new apartment complex as part of the solution to workforce development.
The Foley development, The Grove at Foley Beach, is part of a new wave of residential developments in the state. Unlike most, these are specifically designed to provide affordable housing for workers, using a variety of tax credits and incentives.
