‘He gets chance after chance:’ Man convicted in death of Devinee Rooney in court for restitution payments

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – Disappointment from the Rooney family after a court hearing about restitution payments for a man convicted in the death of their 18-year-old daughter, Devinee.

“My thoughts is: bullcrap,” said Terri Rooney, Devinee’s mother.

Yaderik Madera-Morales and the parents of Devinee Rooney, Wayne and Terri Rooney, appeared in court in front of Judge Michael Youngpeter on May 13 after Morales was arrested in April for missing a court date and several restitution payments…
