What once seemed to be farmland dotting the route to Alabama’s beaches is now leading the state in explosive population growth.
More people keep moving to Foley, which added 2,207 new residents and grew nearly 8% from July 2024 to July 2025, according to new population estimates from the U.S. Census Bureau.
