The Summit Street Inn, formerly the New Fairhope Hotel, is set to begin welcoming guests in Summer 2026.
The six-room inn is located at 131 Fairhope Avenue in the Bayfront Historic District along the Mobile Bay.
“From the beginning, this project has been about honoring the history of the building while creating something that feels welcoming today,” said Shelley Springer, owner and operator of Summit Street Inn. “This inn has been part of Fairhope’s story for nearly 100 years, and bringing it back to life has been incredibly meaningful. My hope is that guests feel connected to the space, to the town, and to the slower pace that makes Fairhope so special.”…
