Salvation Army’s Dauphin Way Lodge in Mobile offers men battling addiction a path forward

MOBILE, Ala. (NBC 15) — For men in Mobile battling addiction, a 90-day program at the Salvation Army’s Dauphin Way Lodge is offering more than sobriety — it’s offering a way back.

“Dauphin Way Lodge is our rehabilitation program It’s for men only and it is the most intensive residential rehab program in our area,” said Capt. Richard M. Watts, the Salvation Army’s Coastal Alabama area commander.

The program is designed to rebuild lives for men struggling with substance abuse disorders. “These are individuals who are struggling with substance abuse disorders, whether it’s drugs or alcohol, just about anybody that can get to our doors that needs help, we try to help,” Watts said…
