Temporary traffic signal damaged at Foley intersection

FOLEY, Ala. (WALA) – The Baldwin County Commission said the intersection of Hickory and Michigan streets in Foley is currently functioning as a four-way stop after the temporary traffic signal there was damaged by an unknown driver.

The signal cannot be repaired at this time, and the intersection will operate as a four-way stop for the rest of the weekend, according to officials.

Traffic crews are installing stop signs with flags, updating message boards and coning off all turn lanes, officials say.
