(FOX40.COM) — The family of a 75-year-old Stockton woman who was sexually assaulted and murdered by her neighbor 30 years ago is again asking state officials to keep her killer behind bars after a recent parole development.
James Dennis Lynch, who was 16 years old when authorities say he killed Hilda Amanino Boggiano in 1996, was initially granted parole in January. However, the decision is now undergoing additional review.
Court records show Boggiano was raped and sexually assaulted with a large knife from her kitchen inside her West Essex Street home before she was killed. Lynch pleaded guilty to the crime in 1997…
